Zefania XML Dokumentation Version 3.0.0.6

The zefania xml bible markup language was updated. Now module creators are able to use element tags like "BIBLEBOOK" in lower case "biblebook" or even in an extrem short form "b". The short form will help to create smaller modules that are more suitable for mobile apps. For details look at  http://bgfdb.de/zefaniaxml/bml/
